misleading
The pictures are very misleading. It is not for a crib, the pad is very small, (may be good for a changing pad). It is very thin and scratchy. It doesn not fit snuggly not even on a changing pad it is not fitted. Its just a rectangular piece of fabric. There are better quality fitted crib pads at walmart, and they are cheaper.

Perfect for changing -- Note: not crib pads, they are "multi-use" pads
I love these multi-use pads. They are easy to wash (cold water, low heat dryer), but get a few if you're going to use them as I do (to protect the pretty changing pad or cover a cold plastic covered changing pad). I've washed them multiple times and yeah they get fuzzy, but I purchased for function, rather than looks.
That being said, as other reviewers have mentioned, this item is listed incorrectly. The same item sold by a major baby retailer lists these correctly as "Carter's Keep Me Dry 2 Pack Quilted Multi-Use Pads - White." They are not crib pads.
I knew what I was looking for, so I knew these were not meant to be the size of a crib, fitted mattress pad, etc.
There are better options
I purchased these pads as well as the Carter flannel pads with the frog pattern. My daughter is nine months old and we have used both kinds since she was born. The flannel ones have held up much better. These pill very badly after a few washes. I didn't mind that so much but they become rough and snag on everything. They also are starting to bunch up in the wash and I have to pull them apart to straighten them back out.
I love the idea of these pads though. I used both these and the frog ones on top of the changing pad. It is true they just sit on top and do not fit over the pad but they are extremely helpful when there is a mess. They contain it well and I can lift them off with one hand and replace them with another while holding my baby with the other arm. I couldn't do that with the covers that fit on over the pads.
